We had the good fortune of connecting with Christine Son and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Christine, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Starting my own business was inspired by my passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare field. I saw a growing need for accessible, high-quality training programs that could prepare individuals for in-demand careers like Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, and EKG Technician.
The healthcare industry relies on skilled, compassionate professionals, yet many individuals face barriers to entry, such as the lack of affordable or flexible training. I wanted to create a space where students from all walks of life could access top-notch education and hands-on training in these essential fields, helping them build confidence and achieve career success.
The decision to start my own business came from recognizing this gap in traditional training methods and the modern demands of the workforce. I envisioned a program that would not only provide technical skills but also mentorship, encouragement, and a sense of community. Watching our students graduate and step into fulfilling healthcare careers motivates me to continually improve and expand our offerings.
By focusing on CNA, phlebotomy, medical assistant, pharmacy tech, and EKG tech programs, I feel we’re addressing critical needs in healthcare staffing while also empowering individuals to transform their lives through education.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience, I have been fortunate to work across a range of specialties, including PACU, Med-Surg, medicine specialties, and oncology infusion. Each role has provided me with the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to patient care and collaborate with diverse teams of healthcare professionals. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the value of compassion, resilience, and teamwork in providing exceptional care.
One of the most defining moments in my career came during the COVID-19 pandemic, when our Med-Surg unit was converted into a COVID-19 ward. Despite facing critical challenges, including shortages of medical equipment and the severity of patients’ conditions, I was honored to play a role in the nation’s response during such a pivotal time. It was a deeply challenging yet fulfilling experience that reinforced my dedication to serving others, even under extraordinary circumstances.
My passion for education led me to pursue a master’s degree in nursing education at the University of Texas at Arlington. Through my studies and professional experiences, I’ve come to recognize a significant need to make healthcare education more accessible and less intimidating for aspiring professionals. This realization inspired me to establish my own training center, where I aim to break down barriers and provide supportive, high-quality programs that prepare individuals for rewarding careers in healthcare.
There is no greater fulfillment than witnessing students who start with no prior experience gradually gain confidence, develop skills, and transform into competent healthcare professionals. Whether they become CNAs, Phlebotomy Technicians, Medical Assistants, Pharmacy Technicians, or EKG Technicians, each success story represents a step toward improving not only individual lives but also the health of our communities. I am proud to be part of their journey and to contribute to building a stronger, more compassionate healthcare workforce.
My training center is dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals to gain high-quality education and hands-on experience in healthcare, preparing them for critical roles such as CNAs, Phlebotomy Technicians, Medical Assistants, Pharmacy Technicians, and EKG Technicians. Each program is designed not just to meet industry standards but to exceed them, ensuring our graduates are prepared for the challenges and rewards of healthcare.
I believe education is one of the most powerful tools for change. Watching students transform their lives, support their families, and contribute to their communities as skilled healthcare professionals is the heart of what drives me. My story is one of resilience, passion, and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to succeed. Through my brand, I aim to make healthcare education accessible, compassionate, and impactful, empowering individuals to achieve their dreams while improving the health and well-being of our society.
What sets us apart is our personal approach. We celebrate every student’s journey and focus on building a supportive, encouraging environment where they can thrive. My hope is that our story inspires others to pursue their goals and create a ripple effect of positivity and progress in their own lives and communities.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My journey wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support and inspiration I’ve received along the way. First and foremost, I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my family, whose unwavering encouragement and belief in me have been my foundation. They’ve been my greatest cheerleaders, pushing me to dream big and stay resilient through challenges.
I also want to recognize the amazing mentors and healthcare organizations that have supported me along the way. A special shoutout goes to Carrollton Regional Medical Center, Melrose Clinic, and the North Texas Korean Nurse Association. Their collaboration, trust, and dedication to healthcare excellence have been instrumental in helping me provide quality training programs for students entering the field.
Additionally, I owe so much to the students who’ve entrusted me with their education. Their hard work, determination, and success stories fuel my passion for what I do. Seeing them achieve their goals reminds me why I started this business in the first place.
Every person, organization, and facility I’ve worked with has played a unique role in my story, and I’m endlessly grateful for their contributions.
