We had the good fortune of connecting with Viren Shah and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Viren, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When I first entered the real estate industry in 2006, I purchased a small home for investment purposes. Despite the market crash that followed, I saw an opportunity to invest in more properties and began building my portfolio. As I continued to invest in real estate, I realized my natural ability to find the right projects and transactions for my clients.

I began helping friends purchase investment homes and quickly discovered my passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals. This led me to pursue my real estate license, which equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to take my business to the next level.

I’ve always been passionate about real estate and I’ve spent years studying the market and learning about the different types of properties and their value propositions. I realized early on that there’s a unique skill involved in identifying the perfect real estate investment opportunity that can provide excellent returns to an investor. I’ve honed my abilities to visualize which project would be the perfect fit for an investor and would make them wealthy, and it’s a skill that I believe sets me apart from others in the industry.

Furthermore, I realized that the process of renting a house also requires expertise in evaluation and execution. This can be a daunting task for the majority of investors who can’t dedicate all their time to it due to their job. Renting out a property can also be very stressful, which is where I come in. I am able to take care of the task for my investors so that they don’t have to worry about it, giving them peace of mind and allowing them to focus on their other priorities.

Through it all, I have learned to be adaptable and creative, always seeking out new opportunities and approaches to achieve success in the industry. I am proud of what I have accomplished so far, and I am excited about the future of my business and the impact I can make in the lives of my clients.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Real estate has been the key to generating wealth for countless people throughout history, and I am excited to offer my expertise and guidance to those in our community who are looking to make smart investments in this field. Whether it’s buying and holding, cash flowing, or flipping properties, I have a keen eye for identifying the right opportunities that will yield the highest returns for my clients. From virtual property tours to online document signing, I leverage the latest tools and platforms to streamline the process and make it as easy and efficient as possible for my clients. In particular, we have implemented a proprietary software platform that enables us to automate many of our day-to-day tasks, such as property management and accounting. This has helped us save time, reduce errors, and improve the overall efficiency of our operations. In fact, we are currently in the process of seeking patents for the specialized technologies that we have developed in-house.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well, there’s no shortage of great places to visit and things to do in the North Dallas area! If my best friend was visiting me, I would definitely take them to some of my favorite local hotspots for food and drinks. For breakfast, we’d start off by hitting up Whisk Crepes Cafe for some delicious crepes and coffee. For lunch, we’d head over to Gloria’s Latin Cuisine. It’s one of my favorite spots for a meal with friends and family, and the food and atmosphere never disappoint. For dinner, I would head over to The Windmill Lounge for a relaxed and comfortable dining experience with good food and drinks.

But it’s not just about food! We’d also have to check out some of the area’s coolest attractions, like the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, which has some of the most beautiful gardens in the country. We could also go to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, which has amazing exhibits and interactive displays.

And when it comes to hanging out and having fun, I’d take my friend to the Katy Trail, a popular spot for walking, running, and biking. We could also go to the Legacy Hall, which is a food hall with a ton of different vendors and live music events.

Overall, I would want to show my friend the best that Dallas has to offer, from the amazing food to the great attractions and fun activities. I’m confident we would have an amazing time!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’m incredibly grateful for all of the support and encouragement I’ve received throughout my life to get to the point where I am today. As far back as I can remember, I’ve always had a burning desire to start my own business and create something that would truly make an impact in the world. Looking back now, I’m proud of everything I’ve accomplished and all the progress I’ve made towards realizing my dream. And I know that it wouldn’t have been possible without my passion and determination, nor the support and guidance I’ve had along the way.

I am grateful in this journey to my wife Hetvi Shah who supported me hand in hand and encouraged me at every stage of this business. I am also extremely thankful to my two mentors: Ketan Parikh (owner of Real Estate Firm ReKonnection) and Mike Sims (Broker, Bravo Realty). I have ongoing professional relations with both and they have mentored me from time to time.
