Taking Risk is essential, but how much, when and why? Taking risks effectively is as much of an art as it is a science and we’ve asked some of the brightest folks in the community to tell us about how they think about risk taking.

In respect of your time, simply put: ”Without risk, there is no reward!” If you enjoy a good story with adlibs and sidenotes, read on! I believe taking risk plays a huge role in your career, especially when you are starting your own business. Just looking back at when I first started, I completely quit my job of 4 years to pursue my dream of opening my own business. I feel very strongly that all dreams come with a little risk or sometimes a lot of risk and a ton of courage. I know for a fact I would not be where I am today in my career had I not taken a giant leap of faith in myself and my ability to take a risk and make things happen for myself. No Risk. No Reward. I consider myself a huge a risk taker. One can never reach the highest potential that God has for us by staying in the comfort zone and living in a mundane routine.
