The most important lesson my business/career has taught me is that everyone is not your friend, and the entertainment business is tough. When I walk in any room, I do so with a kind, humble and welcoming vibe. It’s not always reciprocated to me in the same way I treat people. It does sting a little but the experience of keeping a small circle of friends and not giving everyone a piece of me, has been a great way of going about protecting my energy. Read more>>

The most important lesson this business has taught me is you absolutely cannot care about what other people think! When you have a business that heavily relies on social media for marketing, you’re putting yourself in a very vulnerable position. People love to tear you down, give you their unsolicited advice about what you could be doing or should be doing , or laugh AT you for putting yourself out there. Read more>>

Don’t be afraid to take risk. Also invest in yourself. Nobody will invest in your dream if you are not willing to invest first. I guess I’m saying have a budget. A budget is key. This is the Rap Business more than Hip Hop at this point. Starting off you may have to pay for a feature, a beat, an interview, a video and promotion. Read more>>
