We had the good fortune of connecting with Eurolonda Noel and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Eurolonda, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
A doctor once told me “Swelling therapists are a rarity & that I could make my own hours “. Sound advice so I quit my job, cashed in my 4o1k, and the rest is history.
What should our readers know about your business?
I’m the owner of Lymphatic Express a lymphatic wellness clinic.
What sets us apart is quality therapeutic care balanced with lymphatic wellness. Whether you’re dealing with swelling from disease, a post cancer swelling, or a post-surgical client we take swelling very seriously.
I’m most proud of the recognition we received from the local doctors and surgeons.
I wouldn’t have gotten where I am today if it wasn’t for myself experiencing a lymphatic injury. This led me receive two credentials from 2 of the 4 accredited lymphatic schools in the US.
I received my CLT from Norton school of lymphatic therapy in 2017. I received CMLDT from Klose training in Oct of 2021, and currently studying to sit for my CLT-LANA credentials.
Being a woman in business hasn’t been easy. You have to believe in yourself. We started in a one room suite. Now 4yrs later we have a 5-room treatment clinic in North Dallas on Preston rd. and a satellite clinic in Grand Prairie TX on HWY 360.
Not everyone will have your commitment or drive you must continue to do what’s ethical for the people you serve. Don’t worry about what everyone is doing you must stay the course & do what is right. What you do will show through your hard work and dedication. You’re training sets the guidelines, but your techniques is what sets you apart.
When people hear the name Lymphatic Express, I would like people to know this is the place. The is the place for them. This is the place for their healing. This the place where knowledge & understanding is key. This is the place of unparalleled care. Our staff undergo thorough training every 90 days and have access to the latest rehab modalities to ensure that our patients get the care they deserve.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would have a staycation at Omni downtown Dallas; eat at Bobs chop house. Then hangout at some of the Downtown’s venues. I run into the most interesting people downtown.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My biggest supporters one being my childhood friend who believed in my vision and the other my male friend who believed in me so much that he invested in my dreams. I dedicate this shoutout to them his name I’d rather not share. My courageous childhood friend is Yolanda Davis, BSN traveling vascular nurse. We all have that one person, I’m just lucky enough to have two.
