We had the good fortune of connecting with Azmina Pirani and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Azmina, what role has risk played in your life or career?
If you have had a conversation with me, you know that I am all about risks. I have no fear while making decisions. I truly feel that if you do not step out of your comfort zone, you won’t make it anywhere in your life. I have goals, and the only way I would ever get there is if I just try that crazy idea I had. Had I been scared about what people think of me as a Tarot Reader and working with herbs and crystals, I would have never met all the like minded people I know now. I really don’t care what others think about me, and I do what I want because I want to be an inspiration to those who still have fear. Reality is if you don’t make your move now, you never will.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Tarot & Tea is a metaphysical shop in Frisco, TX. I wanted to create something like this in the area as I was tired of driving to Dallas to pick up a Sage bundle or a special oil etc. I also quickly realized that there are a lot of Spiritual folks in the area, and I always love to connect with like minded souls. What sets Tarot & tea apart from other metaphysical stores is that I am not going to sit here and tell you that this Tarot Reading is going to change your life, or this special oil is going to make you do this etc. I help people understand that they are the one’s in control of their own life, and Magick is just a tool to help them maneuver their way around. I also bring in a loving and healing energy just by talking. If you come see me, there is not awkwardness or a RBF. I am genuinely here to build a relationship with you, and give you that boost with nature. I am most excited about working with other small business like Reiki Practioners, Yoga Teachers, and Coffee Shop owners to host meditations and events. I am where I am because of the risks I take, and not caring about what others will say. It is not easy, but I honestly don’t care. In order to make myself happy, I wanted to create a metaphysical shops with herbs, oils, waters and crystals so that is exactly what I did. I want to world to know that in the midst of 2021 with Corona and advances in technology, you need to remember that you are a part of nature and you should always find time to connect with yourself and the earth.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love taking my friends to Legacy West to eat and grab a nice glass of wine. We also like to shop at the Frisco Fresh Market every weekend to stock up on homemade goodies and support small business. If I am not working, you can find me at a yoga studio or walking my puppies at a nature trail.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give a shout out to my friend and fellow psychic Ely Rivera. Had she not introduced me to the world of professional psychics and mediums, I would have been reading Tarot to myself and my close friends at home.
